If you’ve been following along, either on the site or on my social media channels, you’ll have noticed that I’m a bit excited about being included in the new Dream of Venice book. I completely adore Venice, so this beautiful book would have been on my coffee table no matter what. The photos capture the very things I love most about the city – its haunting side, its unpredictable side, the side day-trippers almost never see. I’ve been beaming at it ever since a copy arrived in my mailbox.
And now I get to share it with one of you lucky readers.
The editor of “Dream of Venice,” JoAnn Locktov, has kindly offered me one copy of the book to give away on this site. All you need to do to enter is sign up for the Italy Explained Newsletter. If you were already signed up as of 7 December 2014, then you’ll get not one but two entries (a little thank-you from me to you for being early adopters!). The giveaway is open as of 8 December 2014, and I’ll draw a name from a hat (or maybe a bowl from my kitchen cupboard, I’m not sure yet) on 22 December 2014.
I’ll remove duplicates before I throw names into the hat, so don’t sign up more than once. Oh, and if you’re a member of my family or somehow affiliated with Italy Explained, you won’t be entered in the contest. I mean, my family sort of wins already just by being related to me, right? Right?
And that’s it! So, sign up for the Italy Explained Newsletter now, and you’re automatically entered in the giveaway. Plus? Getting the newsletter means you’ll never miss a single thing on the site.
I’d be oh-so-thankful if you shared this giveaway with your Italy-loving friends, too!
